Consultation
We spend time learning about your business, your existing tools, your team, and your goals. Basic and Standard require one month of precontract consultation; Premium requires three. This is how we make sure we can actually deliver on our commitments.
Onboarding
We treat onboarding as a project — with a defined scope, timeline, and set of deliverables. Any remediation steps identified during onboarding become additional pre-identified projects, so there are no surprises.
Ongoing Partnership
Regular reviews keep us aligned with your business — quarterly for Basic, monthly for Standard, weekly for Premium. We're not just a help desk. We're invested in where your business is going.

Work Subcontracting
When your primary Wayfinder contact is unavailable and work is time-sensitive, we subcontract to a trusted technical resource. They work under our agreement — you don't need a new relationship.
Service Partnerships
When a client needs escalated services beyond our scope, we bring in a vetted service partner — under a Business Associate Agreement governed by our master contract.
Relationship Referrals
For needs that no MSP can fulfill, we refer trusted providers. In this case, no contractual obligations exist between the referred party and Wayfinder — we're simply connecting you with the right people.
Standalone Consulting
Not ready for a managed services agreement? Professional services are available as standalone engagements — minimum 5 hours at $250/hour (Basic/Standard) or as a scoped Assessment at $300/hour (Premium).
